Responsibilities

• Our 3-year Management Trainee Programme develops authentic leaders through hands-on experience in our sugar manufacturing plants
• Trainees take ownership of real business projects while benefiting from training, mentorship, and structured growth plans
• High drive and initiative are essential
• Successful trainees may need to rotate across sites or provinces and register as a Professional Engineer, requiring openness to relocation

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B
• Engineering / B
• Sc Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Industrial Engineer)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• A valid South African drivers license
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
